Terms of Service

Hosts are responsible for the content shared at their events and for obtaining guest consent where required. Illegal, harmful or infringing content may be removed without notice.

Free events retain galleries for 30 days; paid plans extend retention as described on the pricing page.

The service is provided as-is. GuestTok is not liable for data loss caused by factors outside our reasonable control — we recommend hosts export their gallery as a backup.
